Michael K Krajewski, after graduating as an aeronautical engineer, spotted a niche and started a steel fabrication business in London in 2009. He quickly realised that the business completely depended on him, thereby stalling any further growth. He was intrigued to discover how other businesses managed to grow, and he uncovered that the secret is for a business to work without the owner. This revelation became Michael’s purpose, and he is now passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with other business owners. He decided to create a book that would be inspiring, fascinating to read and very informative, therefore he reached out to the best-selling writer, Jeff Cox. The Stand Back To Grow movement is about helping business owners overcome the challenges of being stuck and running themselves into the ground.
