Niki Hughes is a heart-centered healer and agent of change whose mission in life is to help others find their way back to their inner spark, their own beautiful heart’s light to live from place of personal strength and empowerment. When her own life unravelled in 2012, Niki opened to her spirituality and stepped into the healing arts to help others, and in the process healed and transformed her own life. Niki’s book, Radical Self-Love was inspired by her own experience with self-love and the consistent theme of lack of self-love she was seeing as a hypnotherapist and trauma practitioner. She discovered the love and appreciation held for yourself was the key that changes everything, and this inspired her to write Radical Self-Love. As an energy healer, meditation and mindfulness teacher, empowerment coach, speaker and facilitator, Niki is authentic, intuitive, and passionate about her message that self-love and living from the heart are needed now more than ever. She believes we are our own strongest healers and that the guidance, wisdom and answers we need are found through our connection to self–the larger or higher self–which is the true and whole you. Niki believes life is to be celebrated, joy is meant to be present in our lives and you can live the life you’ve dreamed of. Niki Hughes is in private practice on Vancouver Island in North Saanich BC, Canada. When not helping others thrive through life change, Niki will usually be found creating something beautiful in her garden or hiking the west coast forests and beaches with her family and spunky little dog, Lily Puggle.
