Olaronke Ashiru-Gbadebo is a God-fearing multi-talented woman. She was born in London, UK but raised in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State in Nigeria. Born into a Muslim family, she became a Christian at 18years and has since remained committed to the ways of Christ. As a young child, she has always been interested in fitness and health. Although her first degree in Nigeria was in Agricultural Sciences, she took a different path and started a career in health and fitness. She took various fitness certification courses and hold a postgraduate diploma in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Chester in UK. She started her fitness career in 1996 in London and is a certified Fitness and Wellness consultant. She is passionate about encouraging people to embrace healthy lifestyle. She runs a blog page and holds programs to promote the need to embrace healthy living. She is a lover of God, a teacher of the word, intercessor and counsellor. She is passionate about seeing believers enjoy the abundant life available in Christ Jesus. Through her life’s journey, she has experienced the transforming power of God’s love when His path is pursued. She is committed to transmitting all she has learnt over the years into books so that other people can be blessed by it. She is currently based in Ashington, Northumberland in United Kingdom where she works as a Fitness Coach/Nutritional Advisor.
