Patrick Underhill was born in Garland, TX and spent most of his early childhood in rural East Texas. He graduated from Cedar Hill High School in 1993, and shortly after began working for his father in the family business of running a restaurant. But his was not a meteoric ascent, as he had to work his way up from dishwasher to become assistant manager. Eighteen years later, he left the restaurant business to pursue his dream of becoming an electrician. But it was at the behest of his good friend Kris Kramer that he started putting his daydreams to paper. Now, armed with a cheap laptop and limited vocabulary, he spends his evenings putting his thoughts into words in the hopes of entertaining just one other person with his imagination.
