Philip Williams was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. His business education started at the age of 8 at the family dinner table. His parents owned barber shops and an auto salvage business. He vividly remembers discussions about leases, employee management, and customer service. His parents encouraged him to get a good education. He spent 7 years in the US Navy as a nuclear power plant operator and he was fortunate enough to be selected as an instructor in the same program. After the military Philip completed his engineering degree and got an MBA. He's climbed the ladder in several industries, in big companies and small. He became a 3-time Inc5000 CEO after leading a cash-strapped company (outside the family business) through 5 years of 50% growth. Today he spends his professional time helping other business leaders build profitable and robust businesses. He's an author, speaker, and frequent podcast guest. When he's not working you'll find him spending time with his family, building a car, or shooting pool - 8 ball to be exact.
