Ray chronicled that experience in Mid-Course Correction in 1998, and today his grandson and the executive director of the Ray C. Anderson Foundation brings the story current with a revisiting of that original book, complete with new chapters, a new Foreword by Paul Hawken, an update on Interface and its journey and a window into the future for biomimicry, the Circular Economy and more. John is an attorney who was tapped by his family to lead the Foundation, which invests in grantmaking and program initiatives that advance the same causes that Ray uncovered in leading his $1 billion, global carpet company to sustainability. John and his wife, Chantel, live in Atlanta with their two young children.
