Raylan Wayne is an American author who consults on national security and law enforcement matters. He has counselled the White House multiple times on policy and frequently advises foreign leaders on how to improve the rule of law. He consulted with the United Nations on resolutions to modern-day war atrocities in Iraq and Syria as well as improving the security for women and children in the world’s refugee camps. He regularly works with the highest levels of US law enforcement on policy and has championed some of the major advancements in citizen safety in the United States. He has been interviewed on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and NPR. Raylan Wayne is the author of three novels to date (Broken Covenant, Valley of the Tiger, and The Dragon’s Proxy).
