Rebecca Meacham's debut story collection, Let's Do, won the 2004 Katherine Anne Porter Prize in Fiction from University of North Texas Press and was a Barnes & Noble "Discover Great New Writers" program selection. Let's Do was also awarded the Anne Powers Book-Length Fiction Award by the Council for Wisconsin Writers, and named a finalist for both the ForeWord Book of the Year Awards and the Paterson Fiction prize. Rebecca's fiction has appeared in Indiana Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, The Journal, West Branch, Paper Darts, and SunDog Lit, among other journals, and her nonfiction essays and reviews have been published in the Women's Review of Books, Talking Writing, and the Cincinnati Review. Rebecca blogs about writing and the creative process for Ploughshares and other journals.
