A very close brush with death as a student pilot in his early thirties greatly changed Reinhard’s outlook on life. Letting go of all the controls of the plane and letting God take over literally saved his life. As he shared his story with people over the years, they often told him how this story has helped them to realize they needed to let go of certain things, to move forward in life. Over the years he had many public speaking opportunities to share his story and talk about different areas in life where people hold on to things which keep them back from reaching their full potential. When he did a seminar where he just told his story and then asked participants what they needed to let go in their lives, Reinhard started to realize how much people are holding on to things that kept them stuck and caged in different ways. Seeing the tremendous need for people to let go, he wanted to reach a larger audience and write a book about it. First telling his story as an introduction followed by many chapters covering different areas in life, where he himself had to let go. Being trained and certified as a High Performance Coach™, Reinhard challenges readers with coaching style questions to discover what they need to let go of, to clear the deck and be liberated from anything that holds them back from more progress and personal growth in their own lives. Reinhard Klett lives in Wooster, Ohio with his wife Emilee and their sons David and Daniel. A mechanical engineer by trade, he has traveled the world and lived and worked in Germany, South Africa and the United States. Having worked as a program manager with customers and suppliers in the automotive industry on all five continents, has given Reinhard a broad perspective and rich experience. Throughout his adult life Reinhard has been a student of the Bible and many other books related to personal and spiritual growth and character development Since transitioning from the corporate world, he has dedicated his life to writing and coaching people to live up to their full potential and purpose.
