Reservation Point is my first novel. If you think the corruption depicted in RP are an exaggeration, to quote the B52's Planet Claire, WELL IT ISN'T! Take it from someone who grew up in Providence, reality trumps fiction in the Renaissance City. For better or worse, all the characters are an homage to people I've known, loved and despised -- including myself. Speaking of which . . . I always aspired to write novels. I failed miserably for, oh, forty years. So I got busy writing quasi-non-fiction (.a.k.a., "news") for newspapers, magazines, radio, TV and the Internet. Somewhere in there I spent ten years as a celebrity hypnotist in the U.K., resulting in a non-fiction book that sold really well in China. Yeah, it be like that.
