Pastor Rob's journey has been marked by a deep commitment to both ministry and the marketplace. Currently serving as Lead Pastor of Solid Rock Community Church in West Unity, Ohio, and as Business Systems Coordinator for the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia, he embodies the principles of bi-vocational ministry. This dual calling allows him to connect with people in diverse settings and to bring a unique perspective to his leadership. He also serves as the presiding clergy for the Village of West Unity Council meetings and works alongside our Police Department by offering chaplaincy services. Ordained in 2002, Pastor Rob's ministry experience spans over two decades and includes roles as a youth pastor, lead pastor, church planter, and coach for church planters in locations ranging from Georgia to the Metro New York City area. He holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries and a Th.M. in Systematic Theology. His passion for strong, biblical teaching and missional living is evident in his leadership and in his writing. Rob is the author of “Confidently, Cross-Culturally Courageous: Having Important Conversations in Context,” “The Organized Shepherd: Holistic Data, Doctrine, and Diligence,” and “The Valley Experience: Finding Victory in Life's Lowest Moments.” All books are published by Solid Rock Press. He serves on the Board of Trustees for America's Keswick and 628 Ministries, and on the advisory boards for both church planting networks he has served. He lives in Northwest Ohio with his wife, Rebecca, to whom he has been married since 2002, and their four children.
