Ruchika Tulshyan is the founder of Candour, an inclusion strategy practice. She is a keynote speaker who has addressed audiences at NASA, Pixar, Microsoft, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, U.S. Congress and more. Ruchika co-wrote a paradigm-shifting article, Stop Telling Women They Have Imposter Syndrome for Harvard Business Review, with Jodi-Ann Burey. The article has over a million views, has been translated into multiple languages and is one of HBR.org's top most 100 read articles in history, as well as the top 3 articles for the publication in 2021. Best of all, people all over the world have said it helped change their relationship with the concept of imposter syndrome! Ruchika's book, "The Diversity Advantage: Fixing Gender Inequality in the Workplace" focuses on leadership strategies to advance women at work.
