S. C. Selvyn has always dreamed of inspiring readers with a diverse and expansive magical world to call their own. After releasing his first young-adult fantasy novel in 2021, Selvyn won multiple independent publishing awards for the dark yet inspirational stories featured in his "Trials of Ildarwood" series. He proudly partners with independent artists from around the world to breathe life into the cultures and characters of his stories, and he has committed to donating all author royalties from his Origins novella, "Cinders in the Snow," to charities that support homeless LGBTQ+ youth. In the future, he hopes to expand the world of the Ildarwood with the help of other aspiring authors and artists. He currently lives in Provincetown, MA, where he can sometimes be seen catching virtual Bulbasaurs near obscure historical sites.
