Sammy Franco is the founder of Contemporary Fighting Arts (CFA), a cutting-edge system specifically designed for real-world self-defense situations. This "no-nonsense" approach provides efficient and effective methods to avoid, defuse, confront, and neutralize both armed and unarmed attackers. Franco has been featured on national radio, newspapers, and television programs, including CBS's 48 Hours. Since 1989, he has authored numerous books on self-defense, martial arts, combat psychology, and military strategy, along with over 60 instructional videos. He also offers a line of distinctive clothing inspired by his unique work, ideal for enthusiasts of the martial arts, fitness, and self-defense communities.
