As a mixed-media artist and business instructor at Kent State University, Sarah’s work has been featured in national exhibitions. It reflects themes of resilience, courage, and healing. Through her art and teaching, she creates a space for introspection, encouraging her audience to explore their own transformative journeys. Sarah’s first book, Career Advancement Strategies for Emerging Leaders (2016), provided practical insights for young professionals seeking career growth. Her latest works delve into deeper self-discovery, blending heartfelt stories, reflective prompts, and actionable tools to help readers align with their values and purpose. When she’s not creating, teaching, or coaching, Sarah enjoys life on a 250-acre farm in Strasburg, Ohio, with her husband, Dan, and their son, Marcus. She finds joy in creating transformational art, riding her motorcycle, practicing mindfulness, and exploring the beauty of nature. As the founder of WiseWood LLC, Sarah’s mission is to celebrate the transformative power of art, storytelling, and personal growth.
