Sarah J. Nachin is an author, journalist, speaker, writers' consultant and publisher. She has written and published three books: "Ordinary Heroes Anecdotes of Veterans;" "The Odyssey of Clyde the Camel,” and her latest novel, "The Ghost of Sarey Jane." She has also co-authored with Felicia McCranie an inspirational memoir entitled "The Long Journey." "Ordinary Heroes Anecdotes of Veterans" is a collection of stories told to her by U.S. military men and women who had served during five decades of war. "The Odyssey of Clyde the Camel is a humorous travelogue with a touch of fantasy that will entertain and inform people of all ages. "The Long Journey" is the true story of a woman who went from desolation to redemption and eventually became an ordained Christian minister. "The Ghost of Sarey Jane," a Southern Gothic novel, is a twentieth century version of Romeo and Juliet with shades of Macbeth and To Kill a Mockingbird. In May of 2022 Sarah launched her own publishing company, Chamber Court Publishing, a hybrid publisher that can serve as a “one-stop shop” for authors who want to have their books professionally published. Chamber Court Publishing offers a package deal covering a whole array of services: editing, proofing, formatting, cover design, marketing, etc. It can also provide an “a la carte menu,” customizing its services to fit the needs of the individual author. Chamber Court Publishing accepts non-agented manuscripts but has high standards and will only accept those that meet its requirements of a well-structured plot and a minimal amount of grammatical errors.
