After Scott Cryer left the military – where he was a US Marine Corps Officer – he found himself motivated to address a serious issue companies and individuals face; waste and bad decisions. So despite having an impressive resume as a Marine, a paramedic, more than 15 years in Emergency Medical Services, a certified Organizational Coach, and experience in a multitude of corporate industries spanning Fortune 500 and international companies, he ventured into his own business where he hopes to make writing and leadership the focus of his career. By solving common problems, he can help businesses thrive – even if they’re on the brink of disaster. Scott currently resides in Maine with his lovely wife, their two boys, two dogs, and a cat. When he’s not working, he’s writing, playing with his kids, working as a Paramedic, cooking, or enjoying documentaries. He hopes to make a mark on the business world and instill positive changes that benefit everyone from the top to the very bottom, one great idea at a time.
