Sharon Lindsey has been a life long sufferer of Food Allergies beginning when she was born with an allergy to milk. At age 14 she became allergic to beef and pork from a tick bite. This eventually led to even more allergies to more foods. After being house bound for most of 3 years Sharon has finally been set free with a revolutionary treatment. You can read more about it in her book Alpha-Gal Syndrome for the Newly Diagnosed. She is an advocate for clear labeling in food and medicine, a mother of five and a grandmother. She lives with her husband and grandson in North Middle Tennessee.
