She has worked for organizations ranging from 4,500 to 72,000 employees and has interviewed or coached over 1,000 individuals. Staci believes in helping people navigate the invisible rules and networks that make career advancement easy for some and difficult for others. Through her brief, easy-to-read One Hour Handbook Series, she provides ambitious, hard-working people with simple tools and straight-talking advice to overcome everyday challenges. Staci sees the potential for each person to succeed, even if they don't yet see it in themselves. Staci entered the workforce as a teacher and assistant principal. After discovering her love for human resources, Staci held roles as a director, executive director, assistant superintendent, and chief human resources officer. She is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for a popular casino resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Staci received her Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Washington University and her Master's Degree from Whitworth University, both near her hometown of Spokane, Washington. Staci also holds an educational doctorate in leadership from Washington State University. Staci lives with her husband Jim in Henderson, Nevada. Together they own Sensible Solutions, a part-time consulting company devoted to providing practical resources for busy organizations and people.
