Stepp Stevens Sydnor began his sales career in Dallas, TX. After graduating from a local college, his first professional job was as an account representative for a national company. Stepp eventually opened a successful home interior business with multiple locations in the Dallas area. When the economy took a downturn, Stepp decided to go back to his roots in sales and business development. He has since had a 25 year career as a sales trainer. Stepp is the author of several books and articles designed to help sales professionals succeed in the industry. His "Survive or Thrive?" book and workbook and his "32 Customer Objections Easily Countered" book are all available here on Amazon. The "Survive or Thrive?" book is an inspirational guide to navigating life's turnarounds. The "32 Sales Objections Easily Countered" book teaches salespeople to redirect an objection into a conversation that ultimately closes business. Stepp is available for speaking engagements, offers seminars, and continues to share his knowledge through his writing.
