As a conference speaker and coach to project managers, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) professionals and executives, Sunny empowers organizations by coaching teams and leaders to develop the skills necessary for leadership positions. He speaks frequently on how to use our emotions to work for us instead of allowing them to work against us. Sunny is a certified Emotional Intelligence coach, and is a member of the John Maxwell Team of coaches and speakers. He is the author of “Nothing Higher – Why You Need to Descend in Order to Soar” (released June 2021), and he’s currently an instructor with Project Management Institute’s (PMI) SeminarsWorld®.
