About the Author Susan G. Schiff, DOM, is a nationally board-certified Acupuncture Physician and herbalist. She is a diplomate fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine. She is one of the original Fertile Soul practitioners mentored by Dr. Randine Lewis. She has helped 100s of couples create families over the past 20 years in her Palm Beach county office. Dr. Schiff collaborates with some of the top reproductive endocrinology doctors, locally and virtually. Dr. Schiff was a patient before she became a practitioner. After years of palliative care with western medicine, she sought a deeper course of treatment to address the underlying dysfunction of her reproductive system. Chinese medicine changed her life and her life path. She chose to study the medicine that healed her. She has never looked back. Dr. Schiff has studied with Chinese medicine masters in the United States, Canada, and China. She has done clinical hours in IVF clinics and embryology labs. Her zone of genius lies in her ability to integrate current day modern diagnosis and translate it into classic Chinese medicine treatment protocols. If she is not in her clinic or traveling for education, Susan can be found working on her golf game. She loves to explore the world with her family. She has been to South Africa, India, China, Europe, Dominican Republic, Bali, Thailand, Banff, Jasper, Vancouver, and all over the United States. She lives in Delray Beach, Florida with her wife of 21 years, her 11-year-old son, and their two terriers.
