A government analyst and a Navy veteran who takes pride in her experience. With over 20 years as an Executive Administrator, Tess has expertise in forging constructive corporate communications to help infuse diversity of viewpoints, increase feelings of individual and organizational value, and enhance transparency in decision-making. Originally from Southern California, her naval career allowed her to travel and reside globally. As a Sailor she developed leadership skills, embraced diversity, and excelled at team building upholding the Navy core values of “Honor, Courage, and Commitment.” Apart from her career, she is an advocate of empowering others. As a life coach she enjoys helping others determine, strategize and map their life goals. Her motto is "Knowledge is useless if not practiced and shared." Although, a consummate professional Tess strongly believes in work-life balance. As a certified master diver, she enjoys traveling to various locations to observe ocean life. Additionally, she is a novice pianist she enjoys the challenge of learning an instrument. As a child Tess’ mother began to display symptoms of schizophrenia and she started writing as a form of self-therapy. Her writing distracted her from her mother’s condition and contributed to a lifetime love of learning. Her first book, "Who's Jerry?” is a children's picture book regarding severe mental illness.
