Tracey is a former Army combat medic and EMT, so medical drama tends to make its way into her writing. She’s been riding motorcycles since she was 16, so bikers sometimes show up as characters in her books, too. And, as a wife and mom, she’s been blessed with many funny or touching moments that she sometimes incorporates into her writing (or jokes about in her newsletters).
She spent over 20 years running the family motorcycle business, but has also worked in many other industries, including managing a creative team at a small marketing agency. She enjoys riding her motorcycle; spending time at the lake with family; and watching soccer. She prefers to end the day with a good book if at all possible.
She lives on a 3-acre oasis in small-town Minnesota with a small menagerie of critters, an incredibly understanding hubby, and two almost-grown children who are apparently resigned to putting up with the ‘embarrassment’ of a motorcycle riding, romance writing mom!
