Tyler Water would always get his hands in the dirt, loving the feel and the coolness of a handful of rich loam since he was a child. As well, he is always thrilled to watch the progress of a seed springing forth from the earth. Little did he know that he has begun his journey into becoming a renowned gardener and since then, he has decided not to turn back. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from the University of Phoenix.
The American-born professional gardener and hyper-creative writer is someone whose books always reveals his very deeply rooted passion for plants, for earth and landscapes. In his career years, he worked in the state of Arizona as a horticulturist for the cities of Tucson, Prescott and Phoenix. An expert in the planting and raising of perennial flowers, Tyler has over a decade of experience working as a senior horticulturist at Sharlot Hall Museum Territorial Women’s Rose Garden, Prescott. He harnesses his wealth of knowledge in gardening techniques as well as ample practical experience caring for plants and maintaining grounds.
Tyler Water has authored six gardening books and he’s currently working towards releasing other exceptional projects. Whenever his pen hit the paper, there’s no limit to his flair. In addition to designing and maintaining gardens for over 500 residences, his work has graced the cover of prominent garden magazines and as well appeared in over twenty newspapers and garden publications in the US. Plotting, planting, growing from seed, feeding, pruning and more to bring beauty to this part of the planet, is the driving force behind everything he does.
