Vanessa Ooms is an Author, YouTuber, Entrepreneur, Graphic Designer, Meditation Instructor and mental health advocate. She’s also the founder of Evolving on Purpose™, an online community where people can come together to meet others who are exploring personal development and actively creating better lives for themselves.
 Vanessa has been to hell and back... after hitting rock bottom in 2015 and realizing that her addiction to alcohol and overachieving were just band-aids trying to cover a gaping wound in her soul, she decided to find a holistic and healthy way to rebuild her entire life from the ground up. She dove into recovery, constellation therapy, meditation and personal development with a tenacious ferver. Vanessa worked with healers and coaches in a variety of modalities, deepened her spiritual life, read every self-help book she could find, and conducted hundreds of experiments on her mind, body and spirit.
 Her mission is to share the holistic wellness practices she’s discovered through years of deep shadow work, spiritual exploration, mindset shifts and somatic healing. She wants to help others to heal, fulfill their purpose, feel confident, and remember that they are worthy of all the things that they desire in life.
 Her debut book, Do It For You, will open up new doors to creating your very best life, offering insights, straight talk and candid commentary about living life…on purpose.
