William Walls is an active real estate broker and author in Dallas, Texas. Unique to the real estate market is William’s perspective of transactions that he brings to his publications. Unless you actively participate in the actual process, you cannot explain the role of everyone involved in getting your client to the finish line. William’s entire spectrum of real estate knowledge started with a BBA degree in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Land Development from The University of Texas at Austin. William also holds an MBA in Finance and Management from The University of Houston. Over 20 years at the broker level with experience in residential and commercial real estate in Texas, Colorado, Missouri, Florida, and California, rounds out the committed dedication to knowing and understanding real estate. William believes the key to a successful transaction is knowing what to expect before you ever start. His series of real estate books offers the unique insight of what really goes on during the actual process and shares the firsthand knowledge not found anywhere else. William has been writing books and technical papers for the real estate, financial, medical, and construction industries since 1993, and has an excellent knowledge of contracts and their common components for all 50 states. William’s goal is to help educate buyers, sellers, and agents so they can accomplish their goal when dealing with the critical details of the fast paced process people commonly refer to as real estate.
