Check out my website and blog! -- www.xavierclayton.com -- Thank you. About me: For more than 30 years, Xavier Clayton has developed a broad and international background as a laboratory scientist and technician. As a songwriter, he has also had a long and successful music career. With decades of experience in both of these fields, he is someone who can truly claim to be a man of “The Arts and Sciences”. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, he began his science career in The United States Army, where he worked as a Laboratory Technician and received awards and medals during his 6-year tenure in the Reserves. He also worked at The University of Washington Hospital as a Laboratory Technician and studied Biology at The University of Washington. Following his passion for music, he left the Army for Europe in 1988. He soon settled in Antwerp, Belgium – where he lived for 27 years. During his years as an Expat, he wrote lyrics to a number of successful gold and platinum hits for various artists in Holland, Belgium, Switzerland and France. His songs have reached #1 in Europe, Asia and The United States. While in Flanders, he went back to school at 39 years old to finally finish his Bachelor’s Degree in Medical and Food Laboratory Science at The Karel de Grote Hogeschool. For 9 years, he worked as a Toxicologist at The Stuivenberg Medical Center. Part of his job included research studies for new drugs for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals. Outside of his musical and medical careers, spirituality remained a big part of his interests. It started when a friend unexpectedly sent him “The Tao Te Ching” in 1991. Living in Antwerp’s multi-religious community, he found a lot of information on Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism and Siddha Shiva Yoga. The success of his music projects allowed him to travel world-wide, including to places such as China, India, Montenegro, Turkey and Africa. On these journeys, he’d take personal notes on the spiritual practices he learned. Often many of the famous and obscure spiritual centers he visited had a living spiritual master. His talks with some of these guides play an important role in the trans-faith prayer techniques Xavier writes about. “This book was just meant to be a little 20-page prayer book. But as I started writing it… it just kept growing!” Xavier lives in Marseille, France and works as a scientist. He is married and is fluent in three languages – English, Dutch and French. “The Two Paths to God” took 12 years to complete. This first book describes the first step of “The Six Steps of Scientific Prayer”. It is a method spiritualists of any faith can use to amplify their prayers and aspirations. It’s a way to help manifest our desires from a level of synergy and transcendence. Xavier’s blog describes new topics, such as “Multiplicative Joy”, “Divine Science”, “The Fire of Abundance” and “Awakening The Inner Phoenix”. “The Paired Mantra will not only bring Light and Abundance into the reader’s life… but also, much needed Light and Abundance into our world”.
