Hello, My name is Zara Zeneta, I am now retired and live very happily in sunny Spain. Before I happily retired I worked in the education sector for over twenty years. Mainly working with children from the age range of 10 to 18. So I experienced a lot of children going through puberty and the stresses of teenage years. I saw a great number of both girls and boys behaving in an uncontrollable way, which they could not explain why? Struggles with Friendships, Social dynamics and Dealing with Modern Society. Life today is very different to when I was growing up or even when my children were growing up. Today you have Social Media, Influencers, Mental Health, self esteem to deal with. Along with Body Changes, Emotional and Physical changes. Puberty also comes with Health and Hygiene problems. I have two children, a Beautiful Daughter 32 and a Gorgeous Son 27. My daughter has two girls and a boy. When my children were growing up there were no books on the market to help me handle puberty and stress. As I am now retired I thought I would put my experience and knowledge to help initially help my daughter with her children. So I decided to write books on these subjects. I then handed a number of the books to my daughter's friends. They all felt they benefited from the books. They said that the journal prompts I put at the end of each chapter were very useful to their children. It made them feel more normal, it also helped them know what to expect next. That is how I started in publishing. I truly believe that every child has the potential to grow into a great person with the correct support. I hope my books are of use to you and your child if they are struggling with modern day society.
