not ready intriguing

one of her worst. no excitement in story, it drags on. wish their was more of a mystery or plot about when rose was chosen for the council or background. not just start with one brother chastising his little bother. there more but I'm not the author so I can't see what she though for the sequence of event. Oh, the narrator need to have more care and passion when reading she was boring.
