She twisted her fingers and rubbed her chin. "I don't know. I cannot say for sure."
"And so you think I would be the one to tell you what is wrong with you?"
She looked directly into his eyes. "Yes, sir. Please. I am very confident that you can."
He shook his head in disbelief. "You don't know what you are saying. Please, go and search elsewhere for solutions to your problems."
"But, sir...."
"Good day, Keyshia," he said abruptly before taking his leave.
He walked briskly to his office as if worried that if he walked slower she was going to come after him.
When he got to his office, he opened the door, went inside, and kicked it shut with his heel.
He dropped his briefcase and reached for the small fridge by the table. He brought out a bottle of wine and poured himself a glass.
He took two cups of the wine before he smacked his lips.
He then took a deep breath and shook his head. What wouldn't someone see as a professor in this university.
