Misconduct-, a forbidden romance
This book is set in New Orleans which I loved. Mardi Gras, parades, tropical storms, masquerade, it all makes for a very atmospheric read. This story is about Easton Bradbury, a 23 year old ex tennis star, newly relocated to New Orleans, who meets Tyler à beautiful man at a masquerade ball during mardi Gras. Instant chemistry and attraction ensues but unfortunately they leave each other without a promise to see each other. Fast forward 6 months, turns out Tyler's 14 year old son is in Easton new History class. It's an amazing story of two very strong and stubborn people and all the obstacles that threaten their love. I liked the audio, I just wished the female narrator did the male voice better. It made it confusing trying to decipher who was who.

Spicy but predictable
Loved the story! What I expected from Penelope Douglas. I just wish it had a bit more of a slow burn as everything happened really quickly.
