Joelle D'Angelo's best friend, Mara, is left with brain damage after she suffers an aneurysm giving birth to her son. Another hit

Diane Chamberlain has become one of my favorite authors. She never fails to take you on a journey of the heart with her characters. Arika Rapson narrated beautifully with her calm voice and was believable in her portrayalof each personality. I loved the twist which took me totally by surprise.
