A must-read if you are an immigrant

We were dreamers was a book that allowed me to connect with my own immigration process to Canada. I went through every emotion from sadness to laughter.
I suffered with Simu in not saying goodbye to his grandparents, which connected me to my own. As well as the struggles of immigrating to another country, adapting, the demands of family or society and feeling like you don't belong. Without a doubt I think it is a 100% recommended book for those who have in their plans to immigrate to Canada or to another country.

Our choices can help alleviate the most pressing issues we face today: the climate crisis, infectious and chronic diseases, human exploitation and, of course, non-human exploitation. Undeniably, these issues can be uncomfortable to learn about but the benefits of doing so cannot be overstated. It is quite literally a matter of life and death.

This is a book that must be read

This is Vegan Propaganda explains with scientific evidence and studies the way that animal agriculture is impacting the planet, our lives, and everything. I recommend that you read this book even if you are not interested in veganism. Personally, the content of this book reinforces the path that I have chosen.
