Histoire
Science is beginning to understand that our thinking has a deep and complicated relationship with our eating. Our thoughts before, during, and after eating profoundly impact our food choices, our digestive health, our brain health, and more. Yet most of us give very little thought to our food beyond taste and basic nutritional content.

much clarity to understanding, knowing, and comprehending the way trauma fragments the brain.
the best part is that there are healing modalities that can update the brain's processing allowing for the mind-body to become unstuck or Frozen in the fragmented moments.
There is no removing our past from our memory, but rather healing so the traumatic memories no longer hijack our brain and take over.

found the idea of Jesus being our lover or fiance to be odd. romance for women in Jesus is odd.
abundant love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, but personally the romance I need is from my husband only.
this concept of our Lord is our father, so to think of the concept of now being romanced by Jesus or having a fiance in Jesus doesn't align with my Christian values.
