Everything about this book is great. The author makes jokes, yet is so knowledgeable and true to his readers. This book is wonderful for beginners. Most chapters are explanatory, then come the meditation sessions and there are about 3-4 sessions in the book. But you just have to take a seat or lay down and just listen to what he has to say and it'll change your life.
