An estimated 47 million Americans identify as having an anxious attachment style, which can make being in relationships turbulent and emotionally taxing for them. According to groundbreaking research in the field of attachment, anxious types are more prone to insecurity, jealousy, codependency, and other behaviors that get in the way of finding and sustaining love.

I don't normally write reviews, but after reading a few of these books, this one is truly pulling my heart's strings. It's so densely informative about APs and our mechanics both from a personal and scientific level. The examples are also great, not cheesy or tedious like in some of the other books I've read, but genuinely relatable. The audiobook reader is also one of the better voices I've heard, and her tone is very compassionate to the contents. I will likely be listening to this a few times along my journey

Histoire
In 1845 Henry David Thoreau, one of the principal New England Transcendentalists, left the small town of Concord for the country. Beside the lake of Walden he built himself a log cabin and returned to nature, to observe and reflect – while surviving on eight dollars a year. From this experience emerged Walden, one of the great classics of American literature.

Unlike the other reviews, I find the voice to do the book justice. My only comment which I find ruins the experience for me is the lack of organization for the chapters. This book was intentionally organized by chapter ex: Chapter 1 - Economy, Chapter 2 - Where I lived...
This audiobook is broken out into ±20 minute segments rather than the actual chapters. Though this makes it easily digestible, it also makes it terribly confusing when trying to study the book via online resources.
