Pretty good prequel to Aliens

This story is a prequel to Aliens and tells the story of Acheron’s colonists before the arrival of Ripley and the marines. This is basically just a backstory to Newt, speaking of Ripley her VA is stupendous, and to a lesser extent Burke’s VA, the others are lackluster, but that’s the only problem I have.

I got suggested this book from a friend of mine, and I have to say he was right, this is way better than the movie, it has more time to convey subjects and doesn’t have the cringe worthy dialogue that became memes years later. I especially enjoy the battle between Anakin Obi-wan and Dooku on invisible hand and what Dooku thought the empire would be like, overall, this is great!
