The second I heard the author reference “ The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean “ I knew where it was headed. He makes reference to them many times and devotes an entire chapter to its relevance, which there isn’t any as it , the above mentioned “tablets” were created in the 1920s by some guy named Doreal . Aside from which there is no original content and nothing new that hasn’t been written thousands of times over in other so called “ ancient wisdom “ type books”

Not what I expected

I was looking forward to this book for months now and even had it on pre order, as l've really enjoyed her previous book American Cosmic. I gotta say I want to say good things about it but it's hard as it was not at all what I expected , It's pretty much as smattering of people's experiences ( and not even super compelling ones) and theories mixed with the authors opinions and philosophies. There was some new stuff that’s worth listening to though and I don’t want to discourage people from listening but mostly just another book about experiencers, which is fine just after the last book a bit underwhelming. The book is narrated by the author which I did enjoy.

I’m honestly surprised that there aren’t more comments and reviews for this book . This guy gives a compelling argument for the nuts and bolts hypothesis of ETs it’s very scientific and sometimes maybe too complicated for the average reader. Nevertheless it’s a great read and I would definitely recommend it, So much of what’s out there is just the same stuff over and over, this is not that.

Even though this book was written almost 50years ago , John Keels theory I think is the most credible of them all , these things aren’t coming from light years away , they are right here and always have been .. honestly great book, and he made many predictions about the near future which have come to pass ..

Totally over sold on the summery of the book, far fetched theory and nothing new. Also the music plays over the natation which alternates from chamber music to heavy metal? And is super distracting when trying to pay attention to the natation.
