I loved the performance, there was a lot of good stuff about this book. I took quite a bit out of it, and I would definitely recommend taking notes if you have the time, on things that are directly relevant to you or your situation.

Humorous and informative

I feel like the two stars I am giving is very generous. All the author does in this book is recite academic studies. They are almost all psychology studies and the more I learn about those, the P hacking, the need to publish, etc, the more dubious I find them. At best I think 55% of the works cited are accurate, and it is impossible to tell which ones are the good ones. Seriously, the ratio of your index and right finger lengths tell us who is the most masculine? Who funds this garbage? I guess I do as a tax payer. How this book became a best seller is beyond me. Steer clear. If you have to buy it, listen to the last 5 minutes of the book. That literally sums up the whole thing and will save you a bunch of time.

Wow, was that ever bad
