À propos de cet audio
If you want to know how you can change some of your existing habits, then keep reading....
Do you sometimes think about the current habits you have and feel that they need to be changed? I am sure that this is something all of you have done at one point in time or the other. Forming new habits is very similar to the process of meditation—do you know why? Well, during meditation, you will often be advised not to let your mind wander and keep yourself centered. This is why you are asked to focus on something. It’s the same with habits. It can be an arduous process—the moment you try inculcating a new habit, there will be many obstacles that come your way. You might also encounter moments where your own mind would tell you to go back to your old ways because, in a weird way, that feels comfortable to you. But you have to keep reminding yourself that even though that feels comfortable now, that might not be the best course of action for you keeping in mind your future. When you are inculcating a new habit, it, first and foremost, requires you to be self-aware to the highest level. And for that, you need to slow down. You also need to be kind to yourself at the vulnerable moments when you feel like going back to your old methods—being harsh is never going to produce any results whatsoever. There is bound to come a point of time in everyone’s life when they would feel like giving up on their habit-forming journey, but the way you treat yourself at that moment will make or break your future.
