Twice a Rake by Catherine Gayle – review

The main characters are interesting and I found them at times relatable. I enjoyed various aspects of their romance. The secondary characters were interesting and many of them added to fabric of the story. I didn’t enjoy the fact that the main characters didn’t communicate the important things with the other. It ran throughout the story and it got old fairly quickly for me. I’m curious to see how the next book in the series goes.
Saving Grace by Catherine Gayle – review

Alex and Grace are interesting, captivating characters. I enjoyed much of their exchanges and time on page together. Their romance is sweet and fitting for these characters. I enjoyed many of the secondary characters – particularly the Hardwickes and Grace’s aunt and uncle. They added much to the fabric of the story. There were aspects of the story that I wish had been done differently.
Merely a Miss by Catherine Gayle – review

Peter and Jane are interesting, relatable, captivating characters. I enjoyed their romance and their on page exchanges. Peter’s family and children added to the fabric of the story. The mystery subplot was interesting and added a bit of spice to the story. I enjoyed this story the best of series. I wish that we had gotten more from the epilogue than we did.
