Enjoyable & Informative
It was a genuine pleasure to narrate this book. Kelsey's writing style is engaging and entertaining, while still holding lots of practical advice and exercises, and sharing personal anecdotes to bring it all together. As an ADHDer, I very much wish this book had been around for my parents to read when I was a kid. I'm applying quite a bit of the advice to my life as an adult, too!
Whether you've just begun to suspect your child might be ADHD, or you've already spent years in the trenches and think you know it all, this is a great resource for tips not only on parenting an ADHD child, but on improving relationship dynamics and quality of life for everyone in the family.
