À propos de cet audio
Time blindness is defined as the inability to accurately sense the passing of time. It is important to note that rather than an intentional disregard for time, time blindness is a sensory issue that can cause nearly every aspect of your life to be more difficult than someone who has a good sense of the passage of time.
Someone with time blindness is unable to accurately measure time or even recall when certain memories took place. While anyone can experience time blindness on occasion, it is a common symptom in people diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as ADHD and autism.
In ADHD Time Blindness: 27 Hacks to Combat Time Blindness we will take a close look at the following chapters:
- What is Time Blindness?
- How Time Blindness Really Feels
- Time Blindness Self-Test
- 9 Common Questions and Answers
- 27 Time Blindness Hacks
