A must read for all coaches/leaders!

This book has wonderful insight and tools to help coaches/leaders consider new approaches to getting the most of the people you lead.

Urban Meyer uses a lot of the teachings from motivational speaker, Tim Kight, who runs a podcast called F3 (Focus 3) which I also recommend.
