Taryn is desperate to save two children—both with abilities—from a greedy family member. Taryn needs help, so she contacted Levi, looking to see if he had men to spare. Of course that took her to Terk, with a similar request. In Taryn’s world, anyone with similar talents who needs help gets it. Period.
