My Anger will Not Control me Anymore!
This work book is great to hear as you can let the affirmations repeat themselves and get that 20X for each. If you are anything like me, I can't remember a sentence and repeat it, I need to hear it multiple times... like a song. Alot of "AHA"moments as said best by Oprah Winfrey.
