À propos de cet audio
When an infection leads to bacteria or viruses entering a human body, the immune system is, at once, activated, immediately dispatching large amounts of white blood cells to the infected area to fight off the infection and protect the human body against them. Due to the excess number of white blood cells fighting off infection, that particular part of the human body might become reddened, swollen or hot, and sometimes, emanate a feeling of pain. This physical condition is commonly known as inflammation.
To avoid unnecessary inflammation, there are some food items that should be excluded from the diet and some food items that should be included on the regular basis. The food items that should be excluded are fried foods, sodas, sweets, beverages, processed red meat, etc. The anti-inflammatory food items that should be included in regular, day-to-day routine include green leafy vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, lentils, mushrooms, and cocoa.
In addition to adding and excluding certain food items from the eating routine, some other things should be followed, too. For example, the sleep schedule should be about six to eight hours long, intake of water should be increased, and proper exercise routine in daily life should be maintained.
Keeping all these points in mind, the process of inflammation will be vastly reduced, in return lowering the risks for serious diseases.
