This can definitly help you
This is a great book and I felt that the guy writing this book knew the way to pass through these emotions. Anxiety is still really personal but you will learn other ways around it with this book.. it's an other point of view. I liked that and it helped me especially when I was having some anxious moment or before sleep and in the shower I was listening to it and I will do it again.
