Great and informative
Loved the book, great information mixed with a good story. I've listened to it 3 times. Just a warning some sentences get repeated in the storytelling and it sounds like the recording is skipping.

I wish she was my doctor. Such a great book.
This was a detailed awesome book. explained everything perfectly. She has so much knowledge. I wish she was my Doctor!!!

Excellent starter keto info plus a touching story
I’ve listened to this book many times. I love the author and her speaking voice. Very down to earth. There is lots of beginner keto info plus there is a great narrative intertwined with the information that may inspire you to make Keto a lifelong choice.
I can’t wait for Dr. Bosworth’s next book. In the meantime I watch her YouTube videos for in-depth coaching.

this story and journey has changed my life!
Loved it!! My parents both passed from cancer 8 - 10 yrs ago and were carb junkies. This story has inspired me to change my life so I don't go down the same path, thanks for sharing!

INSPIRATIONAL!
This was my first purchase on Audible. I really liked the experience of having the book read to me while I was driving. I found Dr. Bosworth’s narration pleasant and clear, easy to understand and motivating.

Great advice, great information, great story!
I’m hoping this book will help me live out the rest of my life in Ketosis. I want to live a healthier, happier energetic life.
The author has explained simply and informatively how to do this.
I am amazed at road she has walked with her mother after her cancer diagnosis. It’s inspiring.
I will telling everyone about this book that wants to live a better healthier life.

Inspirational and great story...Keto is the way
What a great inspirational story of her mother and what she went through. I can't imagine, but with her skills, Anne was able to help her mother and then some. The then some is for everyone else. I was hesitant about keto, and after listening to this book not once but twice, it sure has put me on the right path to keto. I was like Anne, not knowing anything, and thought it was bad, but WOW with her dedication to learning about it, I learned too!!!.. I highly recommend this book and her course (which I have bought and it changed my life, forever). The chemistry is soooooooo important in what it does to your body and her book explains it very well. I thank Dr Boz for all she has done and all she is still bringing to people like me and everyone else who are doing keto. Keep up the great job Dr Boz A+++++++
